Archetype Consulting seeks a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our thriving clinic. You will assist the Chiropractor with patient care, handle scheduling, calls, emails, and greet patients.

You will work closely with our Chiropractors and Muscle Therapist, maintain records, manage payments, and ensure a clean, organized front desk to deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk interactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails, coordinate scheduling.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information.
• Verify payment methods and process payments.
• Maintain supplies and inventory as needed.
• Administer screening assessments as requested.
• Assist the chiropractor with patients when needed.
