Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with patients.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, rehabilitation, or fitness setting preferred but not required.
• Experience in Medical Assistant, Chiropractic Assistant, PT Technician, Athletic Training, Exercise Science or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the chiropractor and clinical team with daily patient care.
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient visits.
• Assist with modalities and other treatments as directed by the provider.
• Obtain and document basic patient information.
• Help maintain patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Provide patients with a welcoming and professional experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and other clinical or administrative duties as needed.
