TYLsemi, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Lead in the San Jose area to translate complex chiplet and silicon technology into clear, compelling narratives for hyperscalers and AI infrastructure builders. You will own messaging, positioning, and GTM for the chiplet portfolio and Forge platform, working with executives to define market presence.

You will craft technical content, investor materials, and a content calendar, aligning milestones with industry events and media opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing in semiconductors or related deep tech.
• Deep understanding of the AI silicon ecosystem—hyperscaler silicon teams and custom ASIC programs.
• Strong technical foundation—comfortable discussing UCIe, PCIe, heterogeneous integration, and power delivery.
• Proven ability to create messaging and content for engineers and executives.
• Excellent written communication; able to draft concise briefs and long-form white papers.
• Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
