Job summary

You will define interfaces with chip architects, lead bring-up, and drive HW/SW co‑verification across DV and RTL, ensuring secure boot, PCIe/CXL management, and robust firmware strategies. You will work cross‑functionally with RTL, DV, and customers to align firmware feasibility with hardware decisions, guiding the architecture roadmap and ensuring a single source

Qualifications

• 12+ years of embedded firmware development.
• Silicon bring-up and validation of high-speed interface IPs.
• Strong debugging skills with JTAG, trace, and logic analyzers.
• Define unified firmware + DV test flows with a single source of truth.
• Experience with secure-boot architectures and OTA updates.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end firmware/embedded-software architecture for chiplets and define MCU subsystem architecture.
• Lead bring-up, pre-silicon emulation, and post-silicon debugging; establish firmware engineering infrastructure (CI, testing, traceability).
• Serve as the technical bridge between firmware/software and RTL, DV, and vendors; coordinate with customers on PCIe/CXL enablement.
• Set technical direction, roadmap, and subsystem ownership (boot/security, PCIe/CXL, host drivers, virtualization).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware-software integration and DV/test coverage.
