Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship, with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Requirements include at least 3 months caregiving experience, ability to read, write, and understand English, and an active CA HCA license. Chinese language skills are a plus and mileage reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Active HCA License with PER ID issued by the State of California.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
