Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. The role offers flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the team.
