Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation is $23/hr with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts and weekly pay.

Benefits include overtime pay, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, free uniform, and access to Right at Home University training. Must have at least 3 months caregiving experience and an active CA HCA license with PER ID; Chinese language ability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
