Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation is $23/hr with 4–10 hour day shifts and flexible scheduling. Weekly pay and mileage reimbursement are among the benefits offered.

We provide ongoing training through Right at Home University, free CEUs, uniforms, and a caregiver referral reward program. A strong sense of compassion for older adults is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Must speak Chinese.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the team.
