Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation is $23/hr with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts. Enjoy overtime pay, weekly paychecks, training, and perks like mileage reimbursement and free CEUs.

Join a team that places clients near your home and offers Right at Home University and easy clock-in/out via ClearCare. Must have 3+ months caregiving experience and be able to speak Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California
• Must speak Chinese
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
