Job summary

Right at Home Fremont, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Newark, Union City and Hayward. You will provide personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep and light housekeeping.

Requirements include at least 3 months caregiving experience, English proficiency, and an active HCA license with PER ID; must speak Chinese. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, uniform, and training through Right at Home University.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• MUST SPEAK CHINESE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.

Skills
