Job summary
Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation is $23/hr with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts. Overtime, holiday pay, paid sick leave, and weekly pay are among the benefits.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement, uniforms, training through Right at Home University, and free CEUs. Applicants should have at least 3 months caregiving experience and an active HCA license with California PER ID, with Chinese
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
- Genuine compassion for older adults.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
- Must speak Chinese.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
- Support mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
- Remind clients to take medications.
- Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
- Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
