Job summary

The National Security Agency in Maryland is seeking qualified Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support SIGINT missions. You will analyze foreign language materials, translate and transcribe content, and produce reports for policymakers and analysts.

Applicants must have a degree in any field and ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language. LADP or direct hire paths are available based on experience.

Qualifications

• ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• Experience with translation, transcription, or analysis of foreign language materials.
• Willingness to pursue LADP or direct hire into analytic roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign language materials to support SIGINT mission objectives.
• Transcribe, translate, and synthesize information for assessments.
• Collaborate with NSA analysts and IC partners to produce timely reports.
• Apply new techniques to handle large data volumes and diverse sources.
• Mentor or assist other Language Analysts as needed.
