Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a hands-on Local Digital Marketer to support the Mainland China market. The contractor will handle local campaign planning, content localization, paid media management, and lead generation under the Marketing Lead's guidance.

You will adapt regional campaigns to China, manage WeChat activities, perform Chinese keyword research, localize content, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and ROAS, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin Chinese and professional English proficiency.
• Residence in Mainland China is required.
• Hands-on experience with WeChat marketing, Baidu SEO, and Chinese keyword strategy.

Responsibilities

• Execute local digital marketing campaigns aligned with regional strategy.
• Adapt campaigns to the China market considering local behavior and channels.
• Support WeChat Official Account operation and related activities.
• Assist paid campaigns and audience and geo-targeting on China platforms.
• Perform Chinese keyword research and Baidu/Bing SEO tasks.
• Create and localize marketing content in Simplified Chinese.
• Localize white papers, case studies, and technical resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for content production.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI/ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to Marketing Lead.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
