Job summary

The Chimney Guys in Pataskala, OH is seeking a full-time Sales Representative - Chimney Educator to educate customers, inspect chimneys, and quote repairs. You will meet 2–5 clients daily and participate in a daily 7:30 AM sales meeting, working a 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.

The role offers commission with a minimum income and generous benefits, including a 401(k) with company match and PTO, plus health, vision, dental, and ancillary insurance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• CSIA, NFI, or NCSG certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and educate clients on necessary repairs.
• Provide estimates using a tape measure and iPad.
• Meet with 2–5 clients daily.
• Attend morning sales meetings at 7:30 AM.
• Follow up with clients in the evenings to ensure needs are met.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Sales Representative - Chimney Educator, you'll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 5:00 PM.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Sales Representative - Chimney Educator, your day begins with a sales meeting at 7:30 AM, where you'll receive updates and ongoing training. After the meeting, you'll head out to meet with 2 - 5 clients throughout the day. Your main tasks will involve conducting inspections, educating clients on necessary repairs, and providing estimates using a tape measure and iPad. In the evenings, you'll follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
