Lords Chimney is seeking a full-time Chimney Maintenance Technician to inspect and sweep chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents in the Houston area. The role emphasizes safety, physical strength, and detailed workmanship, with opportunities for training and career growth.

You will work out in the field, climb ladders, and handle masonry repairs, caps, and chase covers while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication skills essential.

• Must be able to lift 80+ pounds.

Responsibilities

ARE YOU THE CHIMNEY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

AVERAGE DAY AS A CHIMNEY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You load up your gear and head out into the field, where you'll be climbing ladders, working on rooftops, and facing the elements to ensure chimneys and fireplaces are safe for homeowners. Your responsibilities include inspecting and sweeping chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents, performing masonry repairs like tuckpointing and flashing, and installing chimney caps and chase covers. You stay focused, knowing that precision and safety are key. The work is hard, and the conditions can be tough, but at the end of the day, you take pride in knowing you've helped others.

Must be able to pass a background check. We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
