Job summary

Endura Enterprises LLC is now hiring a Chimney Apprentice to learn the trade from experienced technicians while earning competitive pay. No chimney experience required; we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career growth in a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of construction experience, enjoy working with their hands, and are committed to learning. You will train on-site and advance as you gain skills in chimney installations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, carpentry, or another skilled trade.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with chimney installations, repairs, relining, and maintenance.
• Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices.
• Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company.
• Complete job documentation and communicate progress with the team.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE, and fall protection.

What You'll Do:

As a Chimney Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to install, repair, and maintain chimney systems while learning the trade from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with chimney installations, repairs, relining, and maintenance
• Loading, unloading, and preparing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learning proper installation techniques and industry best practices
• Working safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Providing outstanding customer service while representing the company
• Completing job documentation and communicating progress with your team
• Following all company safety policies, including proper PPE and fall protection.
