Job summary

Culina in Haverhill, MA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our chilled warehouse team. This hands-on role focuses on picking stock, loading and unloading, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a temperature-controlled area (2–4°C), operate an RF Gun to scan pallets, and maintain high standards of health and safety and housekeeping while meeting KPI targets. A dependable team player with attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in chilled temperatures (2–4°C).
• Ability to load, unload and pick stock accurately.
• Familiarity with RF scanning pallets.

Responsibilities

• Meet targets and KPIs with strong performance.
• Load, unload and pick stock and orders in the chilled warehouse.
• Load and unload different trailer types using RF Gun to scan pallets.
• Assemble customer orders from order profiles.
• Ensure the correct quantity is picked.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
