Culina in Haverhill, MA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our chilled warehouse team. This hands-on role focuses on picking stock, loading and unloading, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in a temperature-controlled area (2–4°C), operate an RF Gun to scan pallets, and maintain high standards of health and safety and housekeeping while meeting KPI targets. A dependable team player with attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable working in chilled temperatures (2–4°C).
Ability to load, unload and pick stock accurately.
Familiarity with RF scanning pallets.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in picking stock, keeping stock moving safely, accurately and efficiently while working as part of a supportive and dependable team.

The role is based in a chilled warehouse environment, so you will need to be comfortable working in temperatures between 2 and 4 degrees.

What you'll be doing:

Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance
Loading, unloading, and picking of stock and orders within the chilled warehouse
Loading and unloading different type of trailers using RF Gun to scan pallets
Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
