Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking energetic team members to join the Chill Crew. You'll prepare signature frozen treats, deliver standout customer service, and help maintain a clean, high-energy, fun atmosphere during busy shifts.

You'll greet fans with a smile, make Blizzards, shakes, and cakes to exact standards, and handle a fast-paced rush with teamwork. Nights and weekends may be required; reliable transportation and strong attendance are valued.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of talking to people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Nights and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every fan with energy and a smile.
• Make Blizzards, shakes, sundaes, and frozen treats to exact standards.
• Decorate ice cream cakes (we'll train you).
• Keep treat area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Move quickly and accurately during rushes.
• Follow all food safety and health standards.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude at all times.
