Job summary

Dairy Queen is hiring a Chill Crew Member to prepare signature frozen treats, deliver outstanding customer service, and help create a clean, fun, high-energy atmosphere.

You'll be the face of the fun side of DQ, making Blizzards, cones, shakes, and cakes to exact standards while moving quickly in a busy environment. Nights and weekends may be required, and you’ll follow food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and enjoy talking to people.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet every fan with energy and a smile
• Make Blizzards, shakes, sundaes, and frozen treats to exact standards
• Decorate ice cream cakes (we'll train you)
• Keep treat area clean, stocked, and organized
• Move quickly and accurately during rushes
• Follow all food safety and health standards
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude at all times
