Children's Fitness Instructor

What we expect from you...

1. Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
2. Lead a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
3. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
4. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
5. Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

1. You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well).

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 4pm - 9pm
Additional hours available on the weekend

Job Type: Part-time (weekends required)

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Cary, NC 27513: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
