Position: Children's Fitness Instructor

What we expect from you:

1. Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
2. Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
3. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!
4. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
5. Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community!

1. You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well).
2. You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.

Schedule:

We're looking for someone who's excited for growth! This position will begin as a part-time position of approximately 20 weekly hours. Opportunity for advancement into Full-Time Hours. Monday - Sunday all possible shifts, with morning availability a HUGE plus!

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
