Assistance Plus is seeking a Children’s Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of care coordinators and ensure timely, compassionate support for clients across behavioral health and community services.

This full-time, on-site role in Wilton focuses on program oversight, staff development, policy compliance, and quality service delivery in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in care coordination, case management, or behavioral health support services.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and care coordination best practices.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are seeking a dedicated Children's Care Coordinator Supervisor (Non-Clinical) to oversee a team of children's care coordinators and ensure that clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate support.The Children's Care Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for providing administrative supervision to a team of care coordinators who assist clients in navigating behavioral health and community-based services. This position focuses on program oversight, staff development, compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring quality service delivery.
