Assistance Plus in Winslow, ME is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support Behavioral Health and Community Support programs. You will create and update schedules for all consumers, ensuring timely coverage and adherence to program standards.

The role emphasizes quality client services, maximizing hours via strategic scheduling of DLSS, DSP, and Skills staff, maintaining agency logs, fill‑in coverage, and teamwork; this is a full‑time 40‑hour per week position in our Winslow office.

Qualifications

• Two years of scheduling experience minimum.
• General understanding of DLSS and DSP roles.
• Intermediate level computer experience.
• Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Create and update schedules for Assistance Plus consumers within Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities departments.
• Maximize hours by adjusting schedules and ensuring appropriate DLSS, DSP, and Skills coverage including fill-in hours.
• Maintain client/employee agency logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Assistance Plus has an immediate opening for a Staffing Coordinator to support their growing Behavioral Health and Community Support programs.The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator is responsible for creating and updating all schedules for Assistance Plus consumers within the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities departments. The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator prioritizes quality and consumer satisfaction in the performance of their duties while meeting program standards.The Behavioral Health and Community Support Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring quality client services by creating schedules for new referrals, updating schedules to maximize hours, scheduling appropriate DLS, DSP, and Skills coverage to include fill-in hours, maintaining client/employee Agency logs, and performing all other duties as assigned.This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
