Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and licensure in Alaska or eligibility within 180 days.
• Minimum two years supervising residential care for children or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with TB, CPR/First Aid, and driver license requirements.
• Experience with DSM-IV-TR and trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program goals, policies, and overall operations in Barrow's residential setting.
• Provide administrative and clinical leadership to ensure quality of care and safety.
• Coordinate billing, licensing, and regulatory compliance with the Health Department.
• Supervise staff, manage training, evaluations, and credentialing.
• Ensure HIPAA/42 CFR compliance and accurate documentation.
