Job summary

Renew Counseling and Therapy Services is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide specialized therapy to children and adolescents in Mississippi. The clinician will deliver individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive setting, with a focus on growth and family involvement.

The ideal candidate has a compassionate approach, strong assessment and treatment planning skills, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered practice within a flexible and autonomous work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license in Mississippi.
• Experience providing therapy to children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy primarily to children and adolescents.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with licensure requirements.
• Manage and maintain an appropriate client caseload.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and consultation as needed.
