Looking to coach Children Swim Lessons and want to work for a premier fitness company with a winning work culture and a formula for success that excels? Then, Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is the place for you.

We are seeking part-time Certified Swim Instructors who are ambitious, compassionate, and coachable. At FFC, you'll work alongside some of the best fitness professionals in the industry. Make a difference by changing your life and the lives of our young members.

The Role:

The Swim Instructor is responsible for instructing swim lessons according to the class description set by the Swim Coordinator. This includes providing knowledgeable, age-appropriate water safety and swim techniques, and demonstrating proficiency in the four main swim strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and elementary backstroke. You should be able to discuss progress and expectations with parents and participants.

Note: Swim instruction is for children—infants through teenagers. This role does not involve teaching adults.

Compensation:

$20 per hour
