Up to £37,500 depending on experience

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager based at Tunbridge Wells in our Nuffield Health gym.

The Role

We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. We offer a unique range of wellbeing-focused care for children, including swimming and mindfulness, making this a truly unique opportunity. As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Ensure our nursery and its team provide care and education, promoting health, growth, and development for children in our Nursery.
• Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation
• Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targets

The Person

To succeed as a Children's Services Manager, you will need:

• Qualifications such as NNEB, NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC, BA Hons, or equivalent.
• Ideally, EYPS, Paediatric First Aid, and Food Hygiene Qualifications
• Experience managing a team
• An enhanced DBS check
• Good communication skills with Parents/Carers and external professionals
