As a Team Lead, you will be:

  • Teacher: Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, manage classroom and curriculum, with at least 50% of your weekly schedule dedicated to instruction.
  • Communicator: Build relationships with families to support children’s achievement and center success.
  • Mentor: Assist with training and mentoring new staff and create engaging learning experiences.
  • Leader: Assume director or assistant director duties in their absence, including opening and closing the center.
  • Expert: Ensure daily child care following licensing guidelines and company standards.

We are looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are:

  • At least 18 years old with experience in licensed childcare, classroom leadership, and lesson plan implementation.
  • Preferably have college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA.
  • Able to meet state and accreditation requirements.
  • Capable of working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activities with children.
