Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising all child spaces, organizing age-appropriate activities, greeting families, and participating in events and trainings. CPR certification is required; reliability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience caring for children in daycare or babysitting environment.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible team player; proactive and reliable.
• Self-motivated, initiative to acquire new skills; well organized.
• Computer literate; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for children ages six months through twelve years
• Provide safe, clean environment; sanitize toys; check/change diapers; tidy areas
• Ensure supervision for all child zones; complete opening/closing checklists
• Greet parents and children; invite participation in activities
• Organize age-appropriate activities such as crafts and story time
• Engage children respectfully; address behaviour appropriately
• Be present on the floor; offer assistance as needed
• Communicate timely and participate in events, programs, meetings, and training
