Snowbasin Resort seeks a Children’s Program Manager to lead the on‑mountain Children’s School experience, shaping guest and employee experiences and driving program quality with a safety‑first culture.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, coordinate multi‑week programs, and manage department logistics while collaborating with resort operations and ensuring budget adherence. This role demands strong leadership and guest‑centered service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Management/supervisory Experience Required.
• PSIA / AASI Level II minimum.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Management, Child Development, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Children’s School experience on mountain, ensuring lesson quality and care for children and families.
• Model a safety-first approach by staying current on health and safety regs and emergency procedures.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; coordinate with team members to facilitate department activities.
• Provide daily oversight and supervision of team members; ensure correct staffing across the department.
• Collaborate across resort operations and manage program logistics and budget.
