Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children’s programs.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers alongside the Family Pastor.
• Ensure safety procedures, background checks, and compliance are followed.
• Engage families, communicate events, and partner with church ministries.
• Manage budget, supplies, and plan events such as VBS and camps.
