New Covenant Church is seeking a Kids Ministry Director to lead and oversee children’s ministry programs for pre-k to fifth grade. You will design curriculum, recruit volunteers, and partner with families to nurture spiritual growth in kids within a faith-centered environment.

Role involves coordinating Sunday School, mid-week programs, and special events, while ensuring safety, doctrinal alignment, and effective communication with parents and other church ministries.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities across Sunday School, mid-week programs, and events.
• Recruit, co-train, and equip volunteers along with the Family Pastor.
• Maintain safety procedures, background checks, and child protection protocols.
• Strengthen family engagement and communicate upcoming events and growth opportunities.
• Manage the ministry budget, attendance records, and event coordination.
