The Quarto Group is seeking a Marketing & Publicity Assistant for our Children’s Publishing program in Beverly, MA. This entry-level role supports marketing and publicity campaigns, social media, newsletters, and media outreach.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to work in a fast-paced publishing environment, with a passion for children’s books and consumer marketing. Hybrid work in Beverly, NY/MA area possible, with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, publicity, publishing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and enthusiasm for developing marketing ideas.

Responsabilités

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
• Support planning and scheduling of social media across Quarto Kids channels.
• Manage Quarto Kids' U.S. social media presence and newsletters.
• Coordinate award submissions for children’s titles.
• Produce press releases, media kits, pitch lists, and marketing materials.
