Introduction
The mental health system is overrun by corporate interests prioritizing profit over quality care. Non-clinical leaders in large clinics lack understanding of effective therapy, leaving clinicians overworked, undervalued, and without autonomy. The focus on unchecked growth sacrifices quality, discouraging excellence and collaboration. Without meaningful change, careers and the field risk collapse.
Note: This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on & retention bonus as well as student loan repayment.
