Description

Introduction
The mental health system is overrun by corporate interests prioritizing profit over quality care. Non-clinical leaders in large clinics lack understanding of effective therapy, leaving clinicians overworked, undervalued, and without autonomy. The focus on unchecked growth sacrifices quality, discouraging excellence and collaboration. Without meaningful change, careers and the field risk collapse.
Lorenz Clinic has some of the best clinicians in Minnesota, so we know what it takes to sustain clinicians and do quality work. First, Lorenz gives you time—paid burnout time, consultation time, paid time off, paid holidays, paid CEU time, paid service day, up to twelve weeks paid parental leave, and more. Next, Lorenz provides autonomy, choice, and control over your workload. Then, Lorenz ensures sufficient social rewards for a job well done, including a sense of community and identity built around our selective hiring process. Our selectiveness ensures you'll be surrounded by smart, inspiring therapists. Finally, our workplace is committed to fairness and internal equity, driven by core values of quality therapy, not business interests.
Make a difference on Main Street, not Wall Street. Apply with us and contribute to something real—clinician-led and sustainable. Join us and never give up hope for what mental healthcare could be.
