Introduction
The mental health system is overrun by corporate interests prioritizing profit over quality care. Non-clinical leaders in large clinics often lack understanding of effective therapy, leaving clinicians overworked, undervalued, and without autonomy. The focus on unchecked growth sacrifices quality, discouraging excellence and collaboration. Without meaningful change, careers and the field itself are at risk.
At Lorenz Clinic, we understand what it takes to sustain clinicians and deliver quality work. We offer paid burnout time, consultation time, paid time off, paid holidays, paid CEU time, paid service days, up to twelve weeks paid parental leave, and more. We also provide autonomy, choice, and control over your workload. Our workplace fosters a sense of community and identity through our selective hiring process, ensuring you work alongside talented and inspiring therapists. Our core values emphasize fairness and internal equity, driven by a commitment to quality therapy over commercial interests.
Join us to make a real difference on Main Street, not Wall Street. Be part of a clinician-led organization where you and your colleagues can build a long, sustainable career. Together, we can uphold hope for what mental healthcare can be.
