Assistance-Plus seeks a Children's Case Manager (CCM) to provide professional case management to eligible clients and advocate for services. The CCM coordinates all necessary services and works within an interdisciplinary team to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year relevant life/work experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Bachelor's degree or higher in specified fields or related field with relevant experience; or Master's degree in related field from accredited graduate school
