Assistance-Plus in Maine seeks a Children’s Case Manager to provide professional case management for eligible clients, advocating for services and coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team. Travel within the designated area and flexible hours are required to meet client demand.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance, a bachelor's degree in a related field (or a master’s in social work/psychology) and eligibility to work age

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant life/work experience with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, mental health or related field.
• Or BA in unrelated field with at least 1 year relevant human services experience.
• Or Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, counseling, nursing or related field.
