Job summary

Assistance Plus is seeking a Children\'s Case Manager to provide professional case management for eligible clients in Jay, ME. The role focuses on advocating for children and coordinating services within a collaborative team.

The position requires travel within the area, flexible hours, and an emphasis on supporting children and adolescents with complex needs. A relevant degree is required, with experience in mental health/human services desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Intermediate level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional case management to eligible clients.
• Advocate for clients when securing services.
• Coordinate all services to meet client needs.
• Work with children/adolescents within an interdisciplinary team.
