Assistance Plus seeks a Children\'s Case Manager in Livermore Falls, ME. You will provide professional case management services to eligible clients, advocating for them while coordinating all needed services.

The role requires working closely with an interdisciplinary team and traveling within your designated area to meet client demand. The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience with children who have Serious Emotional Disturbance, is 18+, and possesses intermediate

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant life/work experience with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Intermediate level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional case management services to eligible clients.
• Advocate for clients when securing services and coordinate required services.
• Coordinate all services necessary to meet client needs and work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Flexibility in hours to meet client demands and travel within designated area.
