Assistance Plus in Jay, ME is seeking a dedicated Children’s Case Manager to provide professional case management services to eligible clients. You will advocate for children and coordinate needed services within an interdisciplinary team.

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or a Master's in social work, psychology, or counseling) and at least one year of experience working with Serious Emotional Disturbance, plus the ability to travel within your designated

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant life/work experience with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Intermediate level computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional case management services to eligible clients.
