Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree and two years experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children, youth, and families.
• Knowledge of holistic and therapeutic case management services.
• Experience working in the mental health field.

• Manage referrals and provide primary care screening.
