Position: Children's Attendant

The Children's Attendant supervises children in the babysitting area, ensuring safety and a positive environment. This role involves enforcing rules, leading activities, and maintaining the area under close supervision for routine situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children in the babysitting area and assist Lead Teachers with Facilitated Play programs.
• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules and managing behavior.
• Prepare activity areas before hours and during breaks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and engagement.
• Interact with participants in an inviting manner and follow instructions from the Lead Teacher.
• Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, attendance, storage organization, and facility cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Not specified.
• Licensure/Certification: CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
