Position: Children's Attendant

The Children's Attendant supervises children in the babysitting area, ensuring their safety by enforcing rules, leading activities, and maintaining a positive environment. This role involves working under close supervision for routine situations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise children and assist Lead Teachers with facilitated play programs.
2. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules and managing behavior.
3. Prepare activity areas before hours and during breaks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and engagement.
4. Interact with participants in an inviting manner and follow directives from Lead Teachers.
5. Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, attendance, storage organization, and cleaning.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Relevant experience preferred
• Licensure/Certification: Required: CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
