Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field and RI LICSW licensure.
• Professional experience with children and families required.
• Clinical/field experience in human services or mental health setting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations and document in the medical record per policy.
• Complete all required documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) timely.
• Submit charges within 2 business days of encounters.
• Complete billing paperwork and authorizations to ensure reimbursement.
• Maintain productivity with minimum direct contact hours as policy dictates.
• Provide outpatient services to clients in the Pawtucket office.
• Attend mandatory meetings and participate in supervision and training.
