Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate the school with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
• Foster a caring, safe environment and ensure licensing standards are met.
• Recruit, supervise, and retain qualified staff.
