Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of childcare classroom experience.
• CDA or AA highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans that support development and align with curriculum.
• Implement lesson plans weekly and document activities in the parent app.
• Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
