Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center - Kent and Painesville is seeking dedicated childcare staff to support children in a safe, nurturing setting. You will engage children with age-appropriate activities and help them grow physically, emotionally, and academically.

The role emphasizes strong communication with parents, reliable daily routines, and a teamwork mindset to provide consistent care across shifts. Two shifts are available: mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare settings such as daycare, babysitting, or related fields.
• Knowledge of infant, toddler, and preschool caregiving practices.
• Strong classroom management to maintain a structured learning environment.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication with parents and colleagues.

Duties

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
• Create a positive and supportive environment for children to thrive
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency and structure
• Monitor and address any behavioral issues using effective behavior management techniques

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or related field
• Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool curriculum, and caregiving practices
• Strong classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and individual needs of children
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues

Two Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm & Monday - Friday 8:00pm - 5:00pm
