Job summary

The Learning Experience Noblesville is hiring a joyful, patient Toddler Teacher to guide a warm, safe, and engaging classroom for ages 1-3. You will implement the LEAP curriculum through play, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory activities, while fostering independence and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (3-5 years) working with toddlers (ages 1-3) in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate classroom practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead a classroom and guide assistant teachers.
• Maintain a structured, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson planning requirements based on our proprietary curriculum.
